1. Who we are
These terms are between you and Videos on Tap Ltd ([Company No. — to be confirmed]), registered in England & Wales, registered office [Registered office, England — to be confirmed] ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us you agree to them. Questions: support@videosontap.com.
2. What we provide
AI-assisted, human-reviewed video content on a one-off or subscription basis. Deliverables, quantities, formats and timelines are exactly as shown at checkout for the pack you buy.
3. Your account & eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to enter a contract. You're responsible for the accuracy of your brief and for keeping your login secure. One person/business per account unless agreed otherwise.
4. Your brief & responsibilities
You give us the niche, style and brand details we need. You confirm you hold the rights to any material, names, logos or references you ask us to include, and that your requests are lawful and don't infringe anyone's rights or breach any platform's policies.
5. Delivery & revisions
Standard delivery is five business days from intake completion; rush (where bought) is three business days. One revision round is included per pack — a revision is a scoped fix to what you ordered, not a new brief or extra videos.
6. Delivery retention — your duty to download
Finished files are hosted in your dashboard for 90 days (about 3 months) from delivery, then permanently deleted to keep storage sustainable. We email a reminder at delivery and before deletion, but it is your responsibility to download and back up your files within that window. After deletion, recovery isn't guaranteed and may carry a fee.
7. Subscriptions & billing
Memberships bill monthly in advance and auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops the next renewal (we don't pro-rate part-months). Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.
8. Voice clone — consent & licence
If you buy the voice-clone add-on you must give explicit consent and upload sample audio during onboarding. You confirm the voice is yours (or you hold documented rights to it) and grant us a limited licence to create and use the voice model solely to produce your videos. We never use it for any other customer or purpose; you can withdraw consent and request deletion at any time.
9. Ownership & rights
On full payment you receive full commercial rights to your delivered videos. Our underlying tools, templates, workflows and any stock or licensed assets remain ours or our licensors'. You're responsible for complying with the rules of any platform you publish to, including disclosure of AI/synthetic media where required.
10. Acceptable use
No illegal, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing or platform-violating requests; no content involving minors, harassment, or regulated claims we can't substantiate. We may decline, pause or refund work outside our scope or these terms.
11. No performance guarantee
We provide content, not outcomes. We don't guarantee views, subscribers, monetisation, revenue or that a platform will accept or keep your content up.
12. Refunds
Our Refunds & Credits policy forms part of these terms — in short, we fix or credit rather than cash-refund. Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent.
13. Liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We don't exclude liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or data lost after the retention window.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence).
