Scope
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for residents of California and other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas). It explains the categories of personal information we handle and your rights.
Information we collect
In the last 12 months we may have collected: identifiers (name, email, IP), customer records (billing details via Stripe), commercial information (orders), internet activity (site usage, with consent), audio data (voice samples, if you opt into a clone), and inferences for analytics. Sources and purposes are described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell personal information for money. Consent-gated advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out at any time via our cookie banner, or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser, which we honour.
Your rights
You have the right to know what we collect, to access and delete it, to correct inaccuracies, to opt out of sharing for targeted ads, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Sensitive info (e.g. voice data) is used only for the limited purpose you consented to.
How to exercise them
Use the export/deletion tools in your dashboard, the cookie banner (to opt out of sharing), or email privacy@videosontap.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the timeframes the law requires. You may use an authorised agent.
