Our policy in one line
Because every order is custom-produced work, we don't offer cash refunds — instead we fix it, replace it, or credit your account. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If something's wrong
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. If a video doesn't match your approved brief, your included revision round covers the fix at no cost. If we genuinely can't make it right, we'll issue account credit toward future work.
Replacement & credits
Credits never expire and apply to any pack or add-on. For a clear production error on our side, we'll re-produce the affected videos or credit their value — your choice.
Digital content & your right to cancel
Custom video production begins as soon as you submit your brief. Where you've asked us to start during any statutory cancellation period, you acknowledge production has begun and the standard cancellation right may no longer apply to work already produced — but our fix/credit policy above still has you covered.
Revisions vs refunds
A revision is a scoped fix to what you ordered. A change of niche, style or topic, or extra videos, is new work rather than a revision — we'll happily quote it.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your dashboard to stop the next renewal. We don't refund part-months, but you keep access and deliveries through the period you've paid for.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us first — we resolve almost everything quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may pause your account while we investigate.
